The practice was founded by and is headed by our Principal Solicitor and Advocate Kirit C Pankhania.  Kirit has a rich background of 1st class City training and experience having been headhunted several times by West End and City practices to join, head up and manage special projects, teams and even departments gaining in the process substantial exposure and knowledge in the areas of property, corporate commercial and litigation. 

His penchant for pragmatic action and resoluteness increasingly drew his talents into the litigation arena encompassing all forms of dispute resolution including arbitration, negotiations and fully contested trials. He has an outstanding reputation as a fearless advocate and is regularly instructed in high profile and complex civil, property and criminal matters.
